发展旅游业与缩小区域经济差距

摘要

Based on the spatial panel data of 31 provinces (autonomous region, municipality) from 2000 to 2012, this paper discusses the effects of tourism industry development on shrinking regional economic disparity with spatial calculat-ing method. The conclusions indicate that tourism industry plays different roles in different regions. Tourism industry can shrink provincial economic disparity on national scale, and promote different provinces to get balanced growth, and the same role in the overland region;although industry enlarges provincial economic disparity in the coastal region, every re-gion should still pay attertion to tourism industry development. The conclusions prove that the policy of paying attention to tourism industry development in the overland region is effective.%基于2000-2012年31个省(区、市)的空间面板数据，本文采用空间计量分析法探讨发展旅游业在我国省域经济不平衡发展过程中的作用，发现旅游业在不同区域扮演的角色具有差异性：在全国范围内，旅游业成为推动各省(区、市)缩小经济发展差距的因素，有利于区域经济均衡增长；在内陆地区，这一作用也得到了验证；在沿海地区，尽管旅游业扩大了各省(市)的经济发展差距，但各地依然要重视发展旅游业。上述发现在客观上验证了旅游经济较落后的内陆省份，充分重视发展旅游产业政策的有效性。
