黑龙江省农产品流通效率测度与影响因素分析

摘要

本文运用基于 BBC模型的Malmquist指数分析法，通过对全要素生产率进行指数分解，测算黑龙江省农产品流通全要素生产率。实证结果显示黑龙江省农产品流通全要素生产率较低，其中技术变化指数下降较为明显，技术效率指数相对较高。这表明黑龙江省农产品流通效率较低，缺乏农产品流通技术创新与管理创新已经成为制约黑龙江省农产品流通效率提高的主要因素，而基础设施水平、信息化水平和政府支持对提高黑龙江省农产品流通效率意义重大。%Using Malmquist Index Analysis based on BBC model , the paper estimates agricultural products circulation TFP of the Heilongjiang by TFP index decomposition .The empirical results show that Heilongjiang agricultural products circulation TFP is lower , among which technical change index falls more obviously , and technical efficiency index is rela-tively higher , indicating efficiency of agricultural products circulation of Heilongjiang is lower , the lack of agricultural circulation technology innovation and management innovation has become a major factor restricting improving agricultural circulation efficiency of Heilongjiang , but the level of infrastructure , the level of information and government support for improving the efficiency of agricultural products circulation of Heilongjiang have important significance for enhancing it .
