新三板扩容与中小企业融资

摘要

解决中小企业融资难题需拓宽融资渠道，提升企业的融资能力，优化企业的融资结构，新三板平台的意愿就是完成这样的使命。随着扩容的推进，新三板市场以更加包容的理念接纳着任何有成长性的企业，并为企业的生存与发展护航。本文以2014年新三板全面加速扩容为背景，结合案例分析其对中小企业融资环境和能力改善的实质性作用。%To solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, we should broaden the financing channels, improve the financing capacity and optimize the financing structure of enterprises.The willing of NEEQ is to fulfill this mission.With the expansions on NEEQ, it accepts growing enterprises more inclusively, and will give the en-terprises a better future.Based on the accelerating expansions on NEEQ, this article uses case study to analyze its sub-stantive role on improving the small and medium-sized enterprises′financing environment and ability.
