EBZ220型掘进机装载机构结构改进设计的影响因素分析

摘要

装载机构为掘进机的重要部件，EBZ220掘进机的刮板输送机改向轴靠近铲尖，能否在输送机改向轴处铲板下部增加开口，需进行分析校核。应用有限元分析软件对装载机构开口与否对结构强度的影响和料堆深度对装载效率的影响进行了分析，旨在为EBZ220掘进机装载机构的结构改进设计提供理论指导。%As an important component of EBZ220 Roadheader, the loading device needs to be checked and analyzed because EBZ220 Roadheader' s conveyor divert axis is near to the gathering apron tip. At the same time, under the premise to ensure the loading device structural strength, the loading efficiency also needs to be improved. Therefore, gives the argumentations and the analysis about the influence to structural strength whether the loading device has the placket, and it also gives the analysis about the influence that the stockpile depth gives to the loading efficiency. These analysis results provide the theoretical guidance for EBZ220 Roadheader' s loading device structural design.
