多元主体知识网络支撑的内生型产业集群升级机制--基于浙江余姚灯具产业集群的实证研究

摘要

本文运用集群网络理论，在分析内生型产业集群中不同主体及其作用力的基础上，结合内生型产业集群知识网络的结构嵌入和关系嵌入特征对集群中的知识学习和更新机制进行剖析和验证。研究结果表明，在内生型产业集群多元主体知识网络支撑下，多主体间连接关系和企业主体间连接关系都有利于集群企业利用式学习、探索式学习的实施，促进集群的知识更新，最终影响产业集群的升级。%Today, research concerning the upgrading of industrial clusters is increasingly focused on interior upgrading mechanisms .With the cluster network theory , we take into concern the features of structural embedding and relational embed-ding of the knowledge networks of endogenous industrial clusters , and analyze the knowledge learning and knowledge updating mechanisms of clusters .The research indicates that under the support of the endogenous industrial cluster 's multi-agent knowl-edge networks , the connection between multiple agents facilitates the implementation of interactive learning and explorative learning.It also promotes knowledge updating and ultimately influences the upgrading of industrial clusters .
