综放面采空区注氮防火的数值模拟与参数确定

         

摘要

在进风侧向采空区注氮是目前采空区防火最有效的措施之一。运用Fluent 软件结合屯留煤矿N2105综放工作面建立了采空区多孔介质模型,在不同注氮量和注氮位置条件下,通过对注氮后氧气浓度场的数值模拟,得出采空区自燃“三带”与氧化自燃带宽度的变化规律,同时结合理论计算,确定了N2105综放工作面采空区的最佳注氮流量和注氮位置,提供了一种优于传统理论计算确定采空区注氮参数的有效方法。%Nitrogen injection in the inlet side is one of the most effective measures for fire prevention in goaf .In this paper , we firstly established the porous medium mode of goaf using the fluid software combining the practical case of N 2105 fully mechanized caving face of Tunliu mine.In different nitrogen injection quantity and location conditions , change regulation in the scope of “three zones” in goaf by numerical simulation of oxygen concentration after injecting nitrogen have been analyzed , and the best nitrogen injection quantity and position of N2105 fully mechanized caving face have been determined .A effective method which is superior to the traditional theoretical calculations is presented to determine the parameters of nitrogen injection .
