通风系统仿真动态模拟研究及应用

     

摘要

针对渝阳煤矿通风系统存在通风阻力大,进风段、用风段和回风段三段通风阻力分布不合理,导致主要通风机运行负荷大等问题,提出利用通风系统网络解算软件对矿井通风网络进行解算及优化,并对矿井通风网路中风量进行自然分配和按需分配计算.计算结果表明,通风系统网络解算软件实现了风网解算仿真动态模拟、通风机特性拟合、局部通风系统风量调节功能.通风系统网络解算软件的应用,使从定性分析通风系统提升为数字化、准确化地分析通风系统,从而能有计划、有目的地调整通风系统.%According to the high operation loading and other problems of the mine main ventilator caused by the high ventilation resist ance, the irrational ventilation resistance distributions in the air income section, ventilation section and air returning section existed in the mine ventilation system of Yuyang Mine, the ventilation network calculation software was applied to the calculation and optimization of the mine ventilation network and to the natural distribution of the ventilation in the mine ventilation network and the distribution calculation depending on the requirements. The calculation results showed that the ventilation calculation software could have the emulation dynamic simulation of the ventilation network calculation, the fitting of the ventilator features and the ventilation adjustment function of the local ventilation system. The application of the ventilation network calculation software could make the qualitative analysis ventilation system upgraded to a digitalized and accurately analysis ventilation system and thus the ventilation system could be schedule and target adjusted.
