煤粉炉渣在蒸压条件下反应活性研究

     

摘要

The activity SiO2 and Al2O3 content, the vitreous phase content and the infrared spectrum analysis and other method were ap plied to the comprehensive study on the reaction activity and the strength of the fly ash under the autoclaved condition. The results showed that under the autoclaved condition, the reaction activity of the fly ash and the activity SiO2 and A12O3 content, vitreous phase content as well as the Si-O expansion and vibration frequency in the strong absorption block near infrared spectrum 1 100 cm~ would have an obvi ous corresponding relationship. The higher the activity SiO2 and A12O3 content was, the higher vitreous phase content would be and the Si-O expansion and vibration frequency in the strong absorption block near infrared spectrum 1 100 cm-1 would be lower. The higher au toclaved reaction activity, the higher the strength of autoclaved products would be.%根据活性Si02、Al203含量,玻璃相含量及红外光谱分析等测试结果综合研究煤粉炉渣在蒸压条件下的反应活性及其强度.结果表明,煤粉炉渣在蒸压条件下的反应活性与其活性SiO2、Al203含量,玻璃相含量及红外光谱1 100 cm-1附近强吸收区的Si-O伸缩振动频率存在明显的对应关系.即活性Si02、Al203含量越高,玻璃相含量越多、红外光谱1 100 cm-1附近强吸收区的Si-O伸缩振动频率越低,蒸压反应活性越强,蒸压制品强度越高.
