预防高地温深井煤自燃的阻化惰泡防灭火技术

     

摘要

为预防高地温深井煤自燃,提出了灌注阻化惰泡防灭火技术,介绍了阻化惰泡的组成及防火机理,采用程序升温,对比分析了煤样经阻化隋泡溶液处理前后 CO 产生率与耗氧速率比值随温度的变化情况,经现场工业性试验,利用预埋束管采集处理区域气体,分析 CO 浓度的变化。结果表明:原煤样氧化加速临界温度为60℃,处理后煤样氧化加速临界温度是110℃,通过拟合公式预测当煤温超过176℃时,处理后的煤样氧化性强于原煤样,在稳泡期内能够减少采空区 CO 的产生。因此,阻化惰泡能够延长煤自燃进入化学吸附阶段的时间,对预防高地温深井采空区煤自燃火灾优势明显。%In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion occurred in a high ground temperature deep mine,the paper provided a fire pre-vention and control technology with injected inhibition inertia foams and introduced the composition and fire prevention and control mecha-nism of the inhibition inertia foam.With the programmed temperature rising,the paper compared and analyzed variation conditions of CO production rate and oxygen consumption ratio before and after the coal sample was treated in inhibition inertia foam solution.A site industri-al test was conducted.With preset beam tubes applied to collect gas in the treated area,the variation of CO concentration was analyzed.The results showed that the accelerated oxidation critical temperature of raw coal sample was 60 ℃ and after treatment,the accelerated oxida-tion critical temperature of the coal sample was 110 ℃ .When the coal temperature was over 176 ℃ predicted with a fitting formula,the ox-idation of the coal sample after treated would be higher than raw coal sample and could reduced the CO production in goaf within a stable foam period.Therefore,the inhibition inertia foam could well prolong the time of coal spontaneous combustion to chemical adsorption stage and would obvious advantages to prevent spontaneous combustion disaster occurred in the goaf of deep mine with high ground temperature.
