以库仑测硫仪电解池对 SO 2吸收特性为研究目标,探索 SO 2浓度、搅拌速度、电解池溶板和电解液量对电解池吸收 SO 2特性的影响。研究发现:煤样在测硫仪中燃烧 SO 2释放浓度峰值在100×10-6~2000×10-6,硫含量越高,SO 2浓度越高;将 SO 2标准气体和煤样燃烧产生的SO 2烟气通入电解池中,均出现饱和溢出现象;计算表明,电解池对 SO 2吸收容量是恒定的,与通入的 SO 2浓度无关。对于正常工作的电解池,中低浓度 SO 2标准气体、中低硫煤样释放的 SO 2气体均无溢出现象,而高浓度 SO 2标准气体、高硫煤样均出现溢出现象,较好地解释了高硫煤测定结果偏低的机理;提高搅拌速度和增加溶板数量不能提高电解池 SO 2吸收容量,而提高电解液体积、降低称样量和优化电解电路可进一步提高库仑测硫结果的准确性。%This paper made the adsorption characteristics of SO 2 in electrolytic cell of Coulomb sulfur analyzer as the research target.How the SO 2 concentration, stirring rate, electrolytic cell soluble plate and electrolyte weight affected the absorption characteristics of SO 2 of electrolytic cell were researched.The research showed that the peak values of SO 2 released during coal sample combustion in sulfur analyzer were in the range of 100×10 -6 ~2 000×10 -6 , when the sulfur content was higher, the SO 2 concentration increased meanwhile; when we let the SO 2 standards gas and the SO 2 generated in coal sample combustion get through the electrolytic cell, the saturation overflow phenomenon appeared; the calculation showed that the SO 2 absorptive capacity of electrolytic cell was constant, it has nothing to do with the SO 2 concentration.For the electrolytic cell which could normally work, the medium-low concentration SO 2 standard gas , and the SO 2 released by medium-low sulfur coal combustion both had no overflow phenomenon, but high concentration SO 2 standard gas and high sulfur coal sample both had the overflow phenomenon, therefore, the mechanisms of why the determination result of high sulfur coal was high could be explained;increasing the stirring rate and soluble plate quantity could not increase the SO 2 absorptive capacity of electrolytic cell, but raising the electrolyte volume, reducing the sample amount and optimizing of electrolytic circuit could improve the accuracy of result of sulfur analyzer further.
