Using one-dimensional flame furnace and pulverized coal ignition furnace, the blend burning tests of blue-coke mixed with Yinta carboniferous coal, Ningwuxi carboniferous coal, Zhungeer mix coal No.5 and Yangquan anthracite were carried out. The results show that, blue-coke has low volatile matter, medium-high calorific value and low ash fusibility point, it belongs to hard to fire and serious slagging coal; based on the comprehensive consideration of ignition temperature, burn-off rate and slagging characteristics, when it is mixed with Yangquan anthracite , the proportion of blue-coke is suggested to be less than 33%; When it is mixed with two kinds of carboniferous coal, the proportion of blue-coke is better to be less than 67%; when it is mixed with Zhungeer mix coal No.5, the proportion of blue-coke is appropriate to be less than 70%.%采用一维火焰炉和煤粉着火炉对兰炭与阴塔石炭煤、宁武西石炭煤、准格尔混煤5、阳泉无烟煤等进行掺烧试验研究。试验结果表明:兰炭具有低挥发分、中高热值、低灰熔融性温度等特点,属于难着火和严重结渣煤种;综合考虑混煤的着火温度、燃尽率及结渣特性,与阳泉无烟煤掺混时,兰炭比例控制在33%左右为宜;与2种石炭煤掺混时,兰炭比例控制在小于67%较佳;与准格尔混煤5掺混时,兰炭比例控制在小于70%为宜。
