粒度对煤粉的流动性和喷流性的影响研究

摘要

this paper used powder comprehensive physical tester to do coal powder liquidity and jet property tests for different sizes of Lu’ an coal powder, it was shown that the liquidity index was in the range of 43.0 ~53.5, jet property index was in the range of 67.0~80.5, so the Lu’ an coal has bad liquidity and good jet property; the liquidity and jet property has inverse relationship, generally, the liquidity index decreased with the increase of proportion of particles whose size are smaller than 0. 075 mm, the jet property increased with the increase of proportion of particle whose size are smaller than 0.075 mm.%采用粉体综合物性测定仪对不同粒度的潞安煤粉进行煤粉流动性及喷流性的测试研究。测试研究表明：潞安煤的流动性指数在43.0~53.5,喷流性指数在67.0~80.5,即潞安煤的流动性不佳,喷流性强；潞安煤粉的流动性指数与喷流性指数呈反比关系,流动性指数总体上随着小于0.075 mm 比例的增大而减小,喷流性指数随着小于0.075 mm 比例的增大而增加。
