补连塔选煤厂末煤系统降低介耗的思考

摘要

Regarding to high medium consumption of slack coal system in Bulianta coal preparation plant,the reasons were analyzed from aspects such as effect of sculping screen,recycling effect of magnetic separator,adding medium form and instability of cyclone pressure.Corresponding solution projects were put forward such as adding lateral file weir, transformation of undersizing funnel and medium adding pipeline,adjusting the magnetic declination,discharge gap and the feeding frequency of feeding pump of dense medium cyclone,modifying distribution board form of mixing barrel.%针对补连塔选煤厂生产调试中末煤系统高介耗的现象，从脱介筛的脱介效果、磁选机的回收效果、加介形式、旋流器压力不稳等方面分析末煤系统介耗高的原因，并提出了加设横向档水堰、改造筛下漏斗和加介管道、调整磁偏角和出料间隙及重介旋流器入料泵的入料频率、修改混料桶内布料板的形式等相应的解决方案。
