底抽巷穿层钻孔预抽技术在长平矿的应用

摘要

In order to govern the gas from working face while tunneling,avoid outburst danger and ensure the roadway tunneling safely,using the technique of draining gas in bed plate tunnel in advance under the circumstance of gassy,soft working face with low gas permeability ,to improve the result of draining gas,and reduce the content of gas in coal stem,by drilling in bed plate tunnel to release ground stress and gas pressure,which can increase plasticity of coal mass,and reduce penetration indexes and gas effectively,and make sure the roadway tunnel safely and effectively%为治理掘进工作面瓦斯,消除突出危险性,确保巷道安全掘进,在高瓦斯、松软、低透掘进工作面中采用底抽巷穿层钻孔煤巷条带瓦斯预抽技术,提高瓦斯抽采效果,降低煤体瓦斯含量,通过穿层钻孔卸压释放地应力煤体瓦斯压力,增加煤体塑性,使得防突指标和瓦斯涌出量大幅度降低,最终实现巷道安全高效掘进.
