Blasting operation is an old traditional industry and is characteristic of rough, simple and dangerous. After the new china established, blasting technology do a lot of things for the country in the construction of mine, railway and irrigation works. With the rapid development of blasting technology, advanced management methods are applied in the blasting projects such as project management patterns and safety standard management and so on, especially in the last 10 years. And it makes our technology of blasting and blasting project management reach the international advanced level. This article set forth fining, safety, efficient and environment protecting management in the blasting construction through practical experiences, which can realize the maximization of economic benefits and social benefits.
