一种塑料导爆管气动下药装置的应用

Because of the low voltage ac will generate static electricity and stray current can make medicine group gathered, there issomehiddendangerof safety and qualityduring production of plasticdetonatingtube.This paper focus on the optimi-zationandimprovement ofplastic detonating tube production equipmentandlow voltage electric parts of dopedstirringdevice. In orderto achieve the effect of stable transmissiondetonating tube detonation wave, by using compressed air as working medium, instead of a low voltage ac motor drives the stirring device,improvingsafety degree of the nature of civil blasting equipment production, meanwhilerealizingpharmaceutical distribution uniform in the plastic detonating tube wall.%在塑料导爆管生产过程中，由于低压交流电会产生静电和杂散电流等能够使药团聚集，存在一定的安全和质量隐患。本文重点对塑料导爆管的生产设备，下药搅拌装置低压电动力部分进行优化改进。通过采用压缩空气为工作介质，代替低压交流电机带动搅拌装置，提高民用爆破器材生产的安全本质化程度，同时实现塑料导爆管管壁内药剂分布均匀，以达到导爆管爆轰波稳定传播的效果。
