煤层气开发利用的环境效益评估方法

         

摘要

China has abundant CBM resources, one of the most potential new energies. The exploitation and utilization of CBM can reduce atmospheric pollution, ozone layer destruction, and lowering down greenhouse effect, under the background of the "Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)"contains considerable economic benefits. Based on the condition of international carbon emission right trading market, has established CBM exploitation and utilization environmental benefit assessment methods. The result has demonstrated that the country has a breakthrough in CBM drainage and utilization. Yearly extraction and utilization volumes are increasingly rising; environment benefits obtained in carbon emission right trading market are gradually increased. But the utilization rate is not high, the average utilization still less than half. Finally the paper pointed out: to accelerate the development of low concentration CBM utilization technology is the important way to solve the low utilization rate. The study has certain guiding significance in the country's CBM exploitation and utilization.%我国煤层气的资源量丰富,是21世纪最有潜力的新型能源之一.煤层气的开发利用能减少对大气的污染和臭氧层的破坏,降低温室效应,在”清洁发展机制(Clean Development Mechanism,简称CDM)”背景下,有着可观的经济效益.根据国际碳交易市场的情况,建立了煤层气开发利用环境效益评估的研究方法.结果表明,我国在煤层气抽采利用方面已经有了突破性的进展,年抽采量和利用量在不断攀升,在碳减排交易市场上所获得的环境效益在逐惭增加;但利用率并不高,平均利用量尚不足一半.最后指出,加快发展低浓度煤层气利用技术,是解决煤层气利用低的重要途径.该研究对我国的煤层气开发利用有一定的指导意义.
