基于喷嘴雾化参数的采掘工作面喷雾压力优化实验研究

         

摘要

In order to optimize the spray pressure on the tunneling and working face of mines, we selected 4 common atomizing nozzles, and measured the atomizing angle, effective range and water consumption of the nozzles, as well as the droplet size, obtaining the relationship between nozzle spray pressure, spray characteristics and droplet size. According to the relationship, the inner and outer spray pressure should be 2MPa and 4MPa respectively, for coal cutter and roadheader, and the spray pressure should be 8MPa at the caving face, support advancing site, transfer point, return air way and tunneling face. Field application shows that after the optimization of spray pressure, favorable dust control effect was achieved in caving face and tunneling face.%为了对矿井采掘工作面喷雾压力进行优选,选择了4类矿井常用雾化喷嘴,对4类喷嘴在不同喷雾压力时包括雾化角、有效射程以及耗水量在内的喷嘴宏观雾化参数和雾滴粒径大小进行了测定,得出了喷嘴喷雾压力与喷嘴宏观雾化特性、雾滴粒径大小之间的关系,并以此为依据得出了采煤机和综掘机内喷雾压力应为2MPa,外喷雾压力应为4MPa,综放工作面放煤、移架、转载点、回风巷和综掘工作面转载点喷雾压力应为8MPa。现场应用表明,对采掘工作面喷雾压力进行优化后,综放工作面和综掘工作面降尘效果显著。
