“一带一路”战略背景下煤炭国际合作探索

摘要

The implementation of "One Belt,One Road" strategy provides new opportunities for China to deepen coal international cooperation.In this paper,the current status of coal international coal operation is dissected,key countries for cooperation are identified,the challenges are analyzed,the thought,objectives and strategic arrangement are put forward.Also,measures are offered for implementing "Going Overseas" strategy and promoting coordinate development of coal industry in China and overseas.Finally,6 supporting measures are proposed to promote coal international cooperation under "One Belt,One Road" strategy.%“一带一路”战略的实施为我国深化煤炭国际合作创造了新的机遇,文章剖析了我国煤炭国际合作现状,明确了“一带一路”煤炭国际合作的重点沿线国家,分析了面临的挑战,提出了煤炭国际合作思路、目标和战略布局,从实施“走出去”战略和推进国内外煤炭产业协同发展两方面提出对策,最后提出促进“一带一路”煤炭国际合作的六项保障措施.
