基于CFD的螺杆钻具旁通阀冲蚀特性分析

     

摘要

Aiming at the washout leakage in the use of bypass valve,which brings down the using efficiency of positive displacement motor,the erosion performance of bypass valve of Φ172mm positive displacement motor is analyzed using FLUENT software.The results show that the most serious erosive wear occurs in the valve core is full open position.The erosion wear rate of bypass valve,caused by drilling fluid,is almost linearly related to drilling fluid flow rate and sediment content.In the process of drilling,the most serious erosion wear occur in the reducing diameter of valve core.Reasonable transition taper and erosive wear resistant material should be applied in the reducing diameter of valve core.%针对目前旁通阀使用过程中常常出现刺漏现象,造成螺杆钻进使用效率下降的问题,采用Fluent软件对Φ172mm螺杆钻具旁通阀的冲蚀性能进行分析.仿真结果表明旁通阀阀芯在全开位置时,受到的冲蚀磨损最为严重.旁通阀受到钻井液的冲蚀磨损,与钻井液的流量、泥沙含量近似呈线性关系.在钻进过程中,旁通阀阀芯变径处所受到的冲蚀磨损最为严重,阀芯变径处应采用合理的过度锥度和耐冲蚀磨损的材料.研究结果对提高旁通阀的耐冲蚀性能具有指导意义.
