煤矿用钻机高速动力头密封和温升研究

             

摘要

在煤矿井下特殊工况下,高速动力头密封和温升问题突显,制约了煤矿钻机性能和可靠性.针对上述问题,文章从理论上分析了导致骨架油封发热的主要因素,通过三组试验室试验数据,即不同转速下,对轴承、箱体、系统和密封圈四处位置的温升情况对比分析,提出了组合密封与系统油路散热新密封结构形式,论述了解决密封和温升问题的具体措施,并且在工业性试验中进行了验证.%In the special conditions of underground coal mine,high-speed power head sealing and temperature problems is prominant,constraining the performance and reliability of the coal mine rig.The main factors leading to the heat generation of the oil seal are theoretically analyzed.By comparing the temperature rise of the bearing,the box,the system and the sealing ring under the different rotational speed,three groups of laboratory test data are presented.The new sealing structure of the system oil circuit is discussed.The concrete measures to solve the problem of sealing and temperature rise are discussed,and verified in the industrial test.
