为使带式输送机工作在最佳状态,实现带式输送机的节能运行,通过对胶带运输系统的力学分析,得到了影响带式输送机功率的因素.针对带式输送机非线性、 时变性的特点,利用模拟的带式输送机实验装置,采用Fuzzy-P ID理论设计带式输送机的控制系统,根据煤料的填充率,实现对带式输送机带速的调节,并利用上位机软件FactoryTalk View进行实时监控.结果表明,该系统可根据煤料的填充率调节带式输送机的带速,节能效果明显.%To achieve optimal working condition of belt conveyor, through the analysis of the mechanical analysis on the adhesive tape transport system, the factors affecting the power of the belt conveyor were obtained. According to the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying belt conveyor, belt conveyor simulation device, according to the filling rate of coal, the speed regulation and real-time monitoring of conveyor belt was realized using fuzzy -PID control system design theory and PC software Factory Talk View. The results showed that the system can adjust belt speed of the belt conveyor according to the filling rate of coal, and the energy-saving effect was obvious.
