针对煤气化废水COD浓度高、生物毒性大的特点,以气化脱酚蒸氨工段出水为研究对象,研究了经济有效的强化预处理技术提高废水的可生化性。分别考察了Fenton氧化法和混凝沉淀法中各项实验条件对处理效果的影响,并初步探讨了反应机理,得到最佳工艺条件。Fenton氧化法-混凝沉淀法串联后出水COD去除率为80%,色度去除率为98.5%,废水B/C由0.17提高至0.45,可生化性明显提高,降低了后续生化处理的污染物负荷。%According to the high COD and biological toxicity of coal gasification wastewater, the paper uses the sample water from dephenolization and ammonia stilling sections in coal gasification process, to study an economical and effective pretreatment technology for improvement of wastewater biodegradability. The experiment studies the influence of reaction conditions in Fenton oxidation step and coagulation step separately, and discusses the reaction mechanism. Under the optimum technological conditions, the COD removal rate is 80%, the chroma removal rate is 98. 5% and B/C is increased from 0. 17 to 0. 45. The new technology improves biodegradability obviously and reduces the pollutant load sharply for the following biological process.
