矿用刮板输送机整铸中间槽设计及应用

             

摘要

In this article, firstly we analyze the mining failure mode and reasons of traditional scraper conveyor AFC pan by cast welding, and also introduce the development of new special material with high wear resistance and high strength and inblock casting process. It is the first time that comp up with the idea by taking the inblock casting AFC pan instead of welded AFC pan for scraper conveyor, and also apply theoretical analysis, related test data analysis and actual working condition application analysis to discuss and verify the technical innovation effect which brings to coal mining transportation on the aspects of operation performance, life cycle, energy saving and consumption reducing of scraper conveyor inblock casting AFC pan. It provides theoretical data and practical application support for the use of inblock casting scraper conveyor in coal mines.%文章首先分析了传统铸焊刮板输中间槽失效形式及原因,接着介绍了研制新型高耐磨、高强度专属材质及整体铸造工艺.提出在刮板输送机中采用整铸溜槽替代铸焊溜槽,并运用理论分析、相关试验数据分析及实际工况应用情况分析,论述、验证刮板输送机整铸溜槽在使用性能、寿命周期及节能降耗等方面对煤矿综采运输带来的技术革新效果,为煤矿使用整铸刮板输送机提供理论数据和应用实践支持.
