焦化厂粗煤气上升管余热利用实验研究

     

摘要

提出了一种以特殊高强度金属纳米材料作为导热内衬的上升管余热回收吸热装置,并使导热内衬作为控制焦油凝结析出的"温度开关",即当粗煤气温度高于500 ℃时可增强换热,低于500 ℃则表现为热的不良导体,不仅能以此最大限度地传热,而且能避免上升管内壁结焦.利用该吸热装置设计了一套余热回收系统,对其进行实验测试,得到上升管余热回收吸热装置的有效换热效率为79.16%,焦化炉年节能量为1.668×1011kJ,确保了焦化生产工艺,提高了出汽率.%A kind of waste heat recovery endothermic device for the riser with special high strength metallic sodium material as heat conduction lining was proposed.The heat conduction lining is used as the temperature switch to control the tar condensation and precipitation,when the temperature of crude gas is higher than 500 ℃,the heat transfer performance can be enhanced,when the temperature is lower than 500 ℃,it is manifested as poor heat conductors, which can not only maximize the heat transfer,but also avoid coking on the inner wall of the riser.A set of waste heat recovery system was designed and tested with this endothermic device. The effective heat transfer efficiency of the riser waste heat recovery device is 7 9.1 6 %,and the coking furnace annual energy saving is 1.668×1011kJ,to ensure the coking production process, and improve the steam rate.
