优化配煤技术在水煤浆加压气化中的应用

摘要

简介了德士古水煤浆加压气化技术对煤质的要求以及配煤在其中的应用。根据其要求分析了配煤的理论依据和配煤在工业生产中应用的经验模型，并提出线性规划优化配比计算模型。总结了多年来配煤在工业生产中应用的经验，分析了配煤应用的经济效益，提出了今后配煤应用的设想。%The paper introduces the requirement forcoal quality and the application of coal blending of the Texa-co pressure coal-water slurry. In the light of the require-ment of Texaco pressured coal-water slurry gasificationtechnology for coal quality, the theoretical foundation ofcoal blending is analyzed, and the empirical model of coalblending in industrical production and computational modelof linear programming optimum blending-ratio are pro-posed. It reviews the application of coal blending in indus-trial production for many years, analyses its economics ben-efits and puts forward the suggestion of coal blending appli-cation in future.
