The application status of crushed coal pressurized gasification unit in China was introduced in the paper. Taking the gasification unit of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd. as an example,the main measures of optimal operation and improvement of crushed coal pressurized gasification unit were explored. That was to enhance coal quality management, optimize ratio of steam to oxygen,and control the fire bed. And the recommendations for improving the pressurizing and relieving mode of coal gas lock were given. By changing the pressurizing mode of coal gas lock,the pressure of the raw gas header could be kept stable,and by perfecting the commissioning of the main controller (load control system) of gasifiers,the safe,stable,long-term,full-load and high-quality operation of the crushed coal pressurized gasification unit with dry ash extraction could be ensured.%介绍了国内碎煤加压气化装置的应用情况.以伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司气化装置为例,探讨了碎煤加压气化装置优化运行的主要措施:强化煤质管理、优化汽氧比、控制好火层,并介绍了煤锁气充泄压的改进方式.通过改变煤锁充泄压方式,使得粗煤气总管压力保持稳定,进而完善投运气化炉主控制器(负荷控制系统),以保证固态排渣碎煤气化装置的"安稳长满优"运行.
