介绍了某厂原15万t/a合成氨及25 000 m3/h制氢装置工艺流程,针对以氢气为原料的化工醇装置停产、合成氨利润较低、所在地区甲醇销量有缺口的实际情况,提出了适用于两种工况的改造方案,两种工况规模分别为15万t/a甲醇+6万t/a合成氨、20万t/a甲醇,进行了改造前后公用工程对比分析和设备改造分析,改造方案可使装置的利旧程度大、新增设施少,符合改造要求.%In view of the fact that the chemical alcohol unit with hydrogen as raw material was shutdown,the profit of synthetic ammonia was low,and the local methanol market was not saturated,the technological process of the original 150 thousand t/a ammonia and 25 000 m3/h hydrogen production unit was introduced.The renovation scheme suitable for two kinds of working conditions was put forward.The two working conditions were 150 kt/a methanol+60 kt/a synthetic ammonia and 200 kt/a methanol respectively.The utility comparison before and after the renovation and analysis of equipment after the renovation were made.The renovation scheme had achieved the purpose of maximum utilization of existing equipment and minimum addition of new facilities,meeting the renovation requirements.
