煤焦油液相加氢装置中气密检测技术的工业应用

     

摘要

气密检测是液相加氢装置安全稳定运行的重要保障.酒钢集团50万t/a煤焦油加氢装置因其技术特点未设置气相循环管线,造成气密检测时加热炉热量无法传导至反应器、混氢器压差不能满足设计要求、压缩机无法正常运行、高压铬钼钢炉管过热损坏,无法进行气密检测工作.为此对该装置进行了改造,增设了气相循环管线及相应气相物料分配装置,并针对改造后装置的操作系统进行了优化,使11 MPa等级气密检测顺利完成,每小时可节省气密检测过程的氢气消耗9.50 m3,动力消耗182 kWh,1.0 MPa蒸汽消耗1.06 t,燃料气消耗69 m3.%Gas leakage detection is an important guarantee for safe and stable operation of liquid phase hydrogenation unit. Since gas phase circulation pipeline was not set up in 500 000 t/a coal tar hydrogenation unit of JISCO, the heat of the furnace could not be conducted to the reactor during the gas leakage detection, the pressure difference of hydrogen mixer could not meet the design requirement, the compressor could not operate properly and the high pressure chromium molybdenum steel tube was damaged because of overheating, resulting in gas leakage detection unable to carry out. Thus, improvement measures were taken. Gas phase circulation line and the corresponding gas phase material distribution device were added. And comprehensive optimization was made on the operation system after the improvement so that the 11 MPa rating gas tightness work was completed smoothly. As a result, the hydrogen consumption was reduced by 9.50 m3 per hour, energy consumption was reduced by 182 kWh per hour, 1.0 MPa steam consumption was reduced by 1.06 t per hour and fuel gas consumption was reduced by 69 m3 per hour in the gas leakage detection process.
