水煤浆添加剂添加率在制浆提浓工艺中的优化试验研究

     

摘要

In order to improve the gas energy efficiency of coal gasification, taking washed refined coal from Hegang Longxin as raw material, a slurry ability test of coal water slurry was made to study the influence of addition ratio of coal water slurry additive on coal water slurry concentration, fluidity and stability. The basic correlation between coal water slurry concentration and optimum additive addition ratio was determined. As a result, in the case of limestone addition, when the addition ratio of additives was 2.5‰and 3.0‰respectively, the coal water slurry with mass fraction of 65% and 66% could be obtained respectively. In the actual production, the incremental dosing scheme for additive was implemented according to the above result. The unit coal consumption of synthetic ammonia was reduced by about 2%, achieving quite notable economic benefit.%以鹤岗隆鑫洗精煤为原料,通过水煤浆成浆性试验,研究了水煤浆添加剂添加率对煤浆浓度及煤浆流动性、稳定性的影响,确定了煤浆浓度与最佳水煤浆添加剂添加率的基本对应关系.结果表明,在隆鑫煤添加石灰石的情况下,水煤浆添加剂添加率分别为2.5‰及3.0‰时,可制得质量分数分别为65%及66%的煤浆.在实际生产中,根据此结果实施添加剂的增量投加方案,可使合成氨单位耗煤量下降约2%,经济效益显著.
