目的：对比分析鼓膜置管引流术与鼓膜穿刺术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的80例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象，依照入院时间将其分成A组与B组。A组共44例，B组共36例。A组采用鼓膜置管引流术治疗，B组采用鼓膜穿刺术治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效与并发症发生率。结果 A组的治疗总有效率为97.73%，B组的治疗总有效率为83.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A组的并发症发生率为8.70%，B组的并发症发生率为25.00%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼓膜置管引流术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎，临床疗效确切，具有手术时间短、创伤小、恢复效果好等优点，可以在临床中应用并推广。%Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube drainage and tympanic membrane puncture in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media. Methods Eighty cases of chronic secretory otitis media patients from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object. Patients were divided into A group and B group according to the time of admission, A group with 44 cases, B group with 36 cases. A group received tympanostomy tube drainage, B group received tympanic membrane puncture, the clinical effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of A group was 97.73%, while B group was 83.33%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in A group was 8.70%, while B group was 25.00%, the incidence was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Tympanostomy tube drainage in the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media can obtain obvious clinical effect, which has the advantages of short operation time, less trauma and good recovery effect, and the treatment can be applied and popularized in clinic.
