目的：评价和探讨护理流程管理在危重神经内科患者护理中的应用疗效，并为神经内科患者的治疗和护理提供一定的参考借鉴。方法将我院2014年12月至2016年2月收治的64例危重神经内科患者随机分为护理组与对照组，其中对照组32例患者采用常规护理方式，护理组32例患者在此基础上给予护理流程管理，比较两组患者的生活质量评分。结果护理组患者的生活质量评分总分为（244.8±15.4）分，明显高于对照组患者的（201.8±11.6）分，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论在危重神经内科患者护理工作中采取护理流程管理能优化护患关系，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。%ABSTRACT:Objective To evaluate and discuss the clinical effect of nursing process management on critically ill patients in the neurology department, and to provide certain reference on the treatment and care for neurology patients. Methods Sixty-four cases of critically ill patients in the neurology department admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into nursing group and control group. Thirty-two patients in the control group received conventional nursing, while 32 patients in the nursing group were given nursing process management on the basis of conventional nursing. The quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life score of the nursing group was (244.8±15.4), which was significantly higher than (201.8±11.6) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing process management on critically ill patients in the neurology department can optimize the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the patients' quality of life. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
