植入物过敏致囊袋内渗液三例报告

摘要

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations and characteristics of the diagnosis and therapy on implant pocket effusion which caused by allergy. Methods Clinical data of 3 cases of pocket effusion which caused by allergy between July 2012 and April 2013 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Results The 3 patients, one of them received the ICD implantation and the others received the normal pacemaker implantations, were found suffered from the pocket effusion between 2 to 14 days after operations. Through a comprehensive analysis of the history, examination and treatment outcome, the infectious factors were removed and the patients were diagnosed as allergic reaction. Pocket effusion disappeared after Promethazine treatment. Conclusion Some patients may suffer from pocket effusion for allergy to implant, and the anti-aller-gic drugs such as Promethazine can be a good method to treat that.%目的：总结植入物过敏致囊袋内渗液的临床表现及诊治特点。方法对我院2012年7月-2013年4月收治的因植入物过敏致囊袋内渗液3例的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果本文3例中2例行永久起搏器植入术,1例行植入型心律转复除颤器植入术,术后2~14 d发现囊袋内有渗液,经综合分析病史、相关检查及治疗结果,排除感染因素,考虑为过敏所致,予异丙嗪治疗后渗液消失。结论部分患者可因植入物过敏致囊袋内渗液,使用异丙嗪等抗过敏药物治疗效果满意。
