同步放化疗治疗老年局限期小细胞肺癌效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe effects of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in treatment of elderly patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LSCLC). Methods A total of 65 LSCLC patients admitted during January 2008 and January 2013 were recruited according to the study criteria, and the patients were divided into study group (n=35) and control group ( n=30 ) according to therapeutic methods. Study group was treated with synchronous radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, while control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. Short and long-time clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was higher in study group (82. 9%) than 56. 7% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0. 05). Conclusion radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy has better short and long-time clini-cal efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer, and the total incidence rate of adverse re-action is similar to that by chemotherapy alone.%目的 观察同步放化疗治疗老年局限期小细胞肺癌(limited-stage small cell lung cancer,LSCLC)的效果.方法 选取2008年1月—2013年1月解放军白求恩国际和平医院肿瘤科收治的符合纳入及排除标准的LSCLC 65例,根据治疗方案不同分为试验组(采用同步放化疗,35例)和对照组(采用单纯化学治疗,30例)两组,观察比较两组近远期临床疗效及治疗不良反应.结果 总有效率试验组为82.9%高于对照组56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 同步放化疗治疗老年LSCLC具有较好的近远期疗效,且总不良反应发生率与采用单纯化学治疗的老年LSCLC相当.
