上颌中切牙三维有限元模型的锥形束CT扫描建模

         

摘要

Objective To explore an effective method for establishment of three-dimensional finite element model of maxillary central incisor. Methods A standard human maxillary central incisor was scanned by CBCT and the Dicom formet images were imported into Mimics software to reconstruct 3-D model of maxillary central incisor, then meshed. After meshing into entities in Ansys software, the model of lis file and PREP7 file were transferred into Mimics for assignment. Once again, the PREP7 file was imported into Ansys to establish 3-D finite element model. Results 3-D finite element model of the maxillary central incisor was established precisely with 19 249 elements and 55 202 nodes. 10 types of material were assigned to different parts of maxillary central incisor according to CT gray value. Conclusions Construction of 3-D finite element model by using CBCT scanning technique is simpler, more efficient and more accurate than other methods.%目的 探讨一种高效的三维有限元建模方法, 为上颌中切牙的修复提供生物力学仿真基础. 方法 对一颗标准离体上颌中切牙进行锥形束CT扫描, 将获取的数据在Mimics软件中进行三维重建和面网格划分, 所得的文件导入Ansys软件完成体网格划分并导出, 再将所得的文件导入Mimics软件进行材料赋值, 最后导入Ansys软件生成上颌中切牙三维有限元模型. 结果 建立了完整的上颌中切牙三维有限元模型, 共生成19 249个单元和55 202个节点, 根据CT灰度值为牙齿定义了10种材料属性. 结论 高效精确地建立了上颌中切牙三维有限元模型.
