Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing measures on the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with long-term hemodialysis were selected and divided into two groups equally. The control group received common nursing, while the intervention group was given humanized nursing on the basis of common nursing. The quality of nursing, patients' satisfaction degree to nursing and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality including nursing service, nursing skill, communication and health education of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction degree to nursing of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The scores of patients' quality of life including independent living, family integration, social interaction and psychology/emotion of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing for patients with hemodialysis can effectively improve the quality of nursing, and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing and quality of life.%目的：探讨人性化护理措施对血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取60例因肾功能不全需长期行血液透析的患者分为两组各30例，对照组进行普通护理，干预组在普通护理基础上实施人性化护理，比较两组患者的生活质量情况及满意度。结果干预组的护理服务态度、护理操作能力、沟通及健康宣教等护理质量评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。干预组的护理满意度显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。干预组的独立生活能力、家庭融入、社会交往、心理情绪等生活质量指标评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对血液透析患者实施人性化护理，可显著提高护理效果，改善患者的生活质量，提高患者的护理满意度。
