经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效比较分析

摘要

目的 比较经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果. 方法 选取我院前列腺增生患者70例分为两组各35例, 观察组给予剜除术, 对照组给予电切术治疗, 观察两组的临床疗效和手术指标以及并发症发生情况. 结果 治疗后, 观察组的各项手术指标均明显优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05). 结论 临床使用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生具有显著的效果.%Objective To compare the clinical effects of PKRP and PKEP for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 70 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected and divided into two groups equally. The observation group received PKEP, while the control group received PKRP. The clinical efficacy, surgical parameters and complications were observed. Results After therapy, the observation group was superior to the control group in all the surgical parameters (P<0.05). Conclusions Transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of the prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia has significant effect.
