Objective To assess the value of ultrasonic automated breast volume scanning ( ABVS) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFl) and pulse Doppler ultrasonography(PDU) in the differentiation of breast disease. Methods77 patients with 93 lesions confirmed by pathology in breast were examined by ABVS,CDFI and PDU. Results There were 44 benign breast lesions in 32 patients and 49 malignant lesions in 45 patients confirmed by pathology. The sensibility,specificity and accuracy of ABVS for differentiation were 85. 7% , 72. 7% , 79. 6%, respectively; those of CDFI for differentiation were 61. 2% ,61. 4% ,61. 3% ,respectively;The sensibility,specificity and accuracy of PDU for differentiation were 65. 3% ,79. 5% ,72.0% respectively. The sensibility,specificity and accuracy of using ABVS,CDFI and PDU for differentiation were 87. 8% ,95. 5% ,91. 4% , respectively. Conclusion Combination of ABVS, CDFI and PDU methods is worthy in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast tumors.%目的 探讨超声自动乳腺全客积成像(ABVS)、彩色多普勒超声血流成像(CDFI)和脉冲多普勒(PDU)对乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别诊断价值.方法 应用ABVS、CDFI和PDU对77例患者获手术病理证实的93个乳腺病灶进行检查.结果 良性32例共44个病灶,恶性45例共49个病灶,ABVS诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的敏感度为85.7%,特异度为72.7%,准确度为79.6%.应用CDFI诊断敏感度为61.2%,特异度为61.4%,准确度为61.3%;应用PDU诊断敏感度为65.3%,特异度为79.5%,准确度为72.0%.联合应用ABVS、CDFI、PDU对乳腺恶性肿瘤诊断敏感度87.8%,特异度95.5%,准确度91.4%.结论 联合应用ABVS、CDFI、PDU有助于乳腺病灶良恶性鉴别诊断.
