铜设备难溶性硫酸盐垢化学清洗

摘要

After experiments in scale dissolving and erosion, a special cleaning process has been de- signed to deal with the sulfate scale produced in heat transmission equipment. This process employs both acid cleaning and neutral cleaning in two steps, which proves to be effective in cleaning the cop- per tube without any erosion%针对铜管换热设备产生的硫酸盐水垢，通过溶垢及腐蚀性实验研究，设计了特殊清洗工艺，采用（酸性＋中性）两步法对该垢进行了化学清洗，经实际应用，效果良好，清洗后铜管表面光滑、无任何腐蚀现象。
