一种清洗用旋转喷头打击特性测试研究

摘要

介绍了一种新型旋转喷头的工作原理,并在自行建立的水射流打击测试台上测定旋转喷头在不同工况下的打击性能,最终比较出最优压力和靶距范围,对比相同功率下不同直径喷嘴的打击性能,优选了喷嘴直径,对比喷头不同转速下的打击性能,得出合理的转速范围。%We introduce the working principle of a new kind of rotating nozzle,then we measure the striking capability of the rotating nozzle on dissimilar working conditions,finally we get the classic pressure,the confine of striking distance,the best diamerer of nozzle and the reasonable range of rotating velocity by contrast.
