The device (1) has a flexible sheath, and a sleeve (3) that is arranged to receive a brush (4) that swivels around a longitudinal axis of the sleeve. Another sleeve (5) comprises two branches (51, 52) in a Y-shaped manner. A sprinkling tube (10) for cleaning and disinfecting purposes is arranged interdependent of the brush on a side opposed to the former sleeve. A pipe is placed inside the former sleeve. The latter sleeve is utilized to connect the sprinkling tube to a pressurization and pumping device.
