信息化城市：信息技术与城市关系初探

摘要

This paper discusses the relations between the informat ion technology and urban economy, the social cultural life, physical space style, the transport, th e infrastructure, the urban planning and the policy. It also expresses the mutual-action of the infor mation technology and urban structure in the respects of the shift of urban function, the developm ent of the information tech-park, disperse and concentration of the role of the urban cent er and the community function under the information age. It holds that they are mutual incr ease and grow in information flow and the physical flow, in the cyber space and physical space, i n the cyber community and urban community.%探讨了信息技术与城市经济、社会文化生活、物质空间形式、交通与基础设施、城市规划与政策等方面的关系，从城市功能角色的转变、信息技术园区的发展、城市中心职能的分散与集中、信息时代的社区功能等方面论述了信息技术与城市结构的互动。认为信息流与物质流、电子空间与物质空间、虚拟社区与城市社区之间是相互增强、共同发展的关系。全球化、网络化、信息化城市体系将是未来城市发展的趋势。同时也应该重视信息化城市中出现的一些负面影响。
