城市封闭住区环境和居民满意度特征——以杭州城西片区为例

摘要

以杭州城西片区为例,描述了以封闭居住小区为单元的居住空间的环境形态,通过调研和问卷,了解并分析了居民属性和环境满意度评价的关系,以"小范围封闭,大环境共享"为目标,提出居住空间公共设施和空间统筹协调的规划模式.%With the west area of Hangzhou as an example, this paper examines the living environment of residential area with gated residential quarter as a unit. Through site investigation and questionnaire, it analyzes the relationship between residents' attribute and their satisfaction with their living space. Setting up the target of "gated management of residential quarter and sharing the facilities in a larger environment" it presents the integration planning model between public facilities and living space.
