考察了梧桐屑在1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐(AmimCl)离子液体中的溶解再生性能.通过带热台的偏光显微镜观察了梧桐屑在离子液体中的溶解过程.实验结果表明,梧桐屑在离子液体中的溶解率随溶解时间的延长、温度的升高、初始浓度降低而增大,优化实验条件可使溶解率最高达到23%.通过13C CP/MAS NMR、FT-IR、XRD、SEM和TGA-DSC的表征,发现AmimCl离子液体可以通过破坏木材3组分之间的氢键和网状结构,降低其结晶度实现对梧桐屑的部分溶解,得到结构均匀致密的再生梧桐.同时可以实现离子液体的循环利用.%Dissolution and regeneration of Chinese parasol sawdust in 1-ally-3-methylimidazolium chloride (AmimCl) were studied. Observation from a hot stage polarizing microscope demonstrated the dissolution process of Chinese parasol sawdust sample in AmimCl. The dissolution ratio increased with the increase of time and temperature, and the decrease of initial concentration. The highest value of dissolution ratio could reach 23%. The chemical structure of the original and regenerated Chinese parasol sawdust was analyzed by 13C CP/MAS NMR, FT-IR, XRD, TGA-DSC and SEM. The ionic liquid could partially dissolve Chinese parasol sawdust by destructing the inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bond among lignocelluloses, and the regenerated Chinese parasol with homogenous and dense structure could be obtained. After regeneration, AmimCl could be easily recycled and reused.
