自湿润流体热管的热输送性能

     

摘要

高碳醇水溶液表面张力与温度梯度呈现非常规特性,可制备成具有自湿润特性的流体.为探究自湿润流体在热管中对热输送能力的影响,采用0.1%(质量分数)的庚醇水溶液作为工质,以烧结型热管为研究对象,在不同的加热功率和工况(垂直/水平)下,对其热管热输送特性的影响进行了实验研究,并与水进行了对比.结果表明,随着功率增加,自湿润流体作为热管工质的强化传热效果逐趋明显.在水平工况下,由于缺少重力回流的作用,其强化传热效果则更为突出.%Dilute aqueous solutions of alcohols with large number of carbon atoms,due to their properties associated to an anomalous dependency of the surface tension with temperature,can be prepared as self-rewetting fluids. In this study,experimental investigation was conducted to explore heat transport capability of heat pipe working with self-rewetting fluid [0.1% (mass) heptanol aqueous solution]. Under different heat loads and different orientations (vertical and horizontal orientation),the heat transport capabilities of heat pipe with the self-rewetting fluid and water were compared. The results show that with the increase of heating power,the heat transport capability of heat pipe is enhanced by using the self-rewetting fluid. In the horizontal heating mode,without the influence of gravity,the enhancement of heat transfer is more evident. Compared with water,the self-rewetting fluid presents significantly better heat transport capability.
