喉内窥镜下低温数字等离子系统消融治疗舌扁桃体肥大

摘要

目的 探讨喉内窥镜下低温数字等离子系统消融治疗舌扁桃体肥大的临床疗效.方法 将71例舌扁桃体肥大患者随机分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(30例),对照组采用保守治疗,即局部药物治疗;治疗组采用手术治疗,即经喉内窥镜低温数字等离子系统消融切除部分肥大的舌扁桃体.结果 治疗组症状改善总有效率为95.12%(39/41),对照组症状改善总有效率为66.67%(20/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组体征改善总有效率为97.56%(40/41),对照组体征改善总有效率为80.00%(24/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 喉内窥镜下低温数字等离子系统消融治疗舌扁桃体肥大临床疗效显著,患者满意度高.%Objective To explore an effective treatment for hypertrophy of lingual tonsil.Methods Seventy one patients withlingual tonsilar hypertrophy were randomly devided into the treatment group(41 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treat-ment group received temperature-controlled digital plasma system abalation for volume reduction of lingual tonsil under laryngealendoscope,while the control group received medication.Results 95.12％ (39/41) of cases in the treatment group improvements insymtoms and 66.67％ (20/30) of cases in control group.There had significant difference(P＜0.01).97.56％ (40/41) of cases intreatment group improvements in signs while 80.00 ％ ( 24/30) of cases in control group.There had significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion Temperature-controlled plasma radiofrequecy ablation lingual tonsilar hypertrophy have significant clinical effect.Alarge number of patients satisfied with this treatment.
