海南省院前急救护士多元文化护理认知状况调查

     

摘要

目的 了解海南省院前急救护士多元文化护理的认知水平及相关因素,为院前急救护士多元文化护理培训课程的设置提供依据及管理建议.方法 自行设计急诊护士多元文化护理认知状况调查问卷,对海南省6家综合性医院院前急救的96名护士在同一时间内进行调查.结果 院前急救护士多元文化护理认知总体得分为(126.56±18.73)分,其中知识理论维度认知得分最低[(31.24±5.12)分];中专及大专护士的总体认知水平及其知识理论维度显著低于本科护士(P<0.01、P<0.05),护士的文化程度、每日学习时间与总体认知水平之间呈正相关(P<0.05、P<0.01).结论 海南省院前急救护士多元文化护理知识的认知水平有待提高,必须加强培训及管理.%Objective To improve the quality of muhicuhuralism nursing care and to provide information for the training and administration of the multicuhuralism nursing care in thc nurses of Emergency. Methods 96 pre-hospital rescuing nurse from 6 general hospitals in Hainan province were investigated at the same time by using self-designed questionnaires on awareness of muhicuhuralism nursing care. Results The total scores of muhicuhuralism nursing was(126. 56± 18. 73), with the measure of theoretical mastery being the lowest(31.24 ± 5.12). The general cognitive levels of nurses with educational backgrounds of vocational school and associate colleges(VSAC)were lower than nurses who graduated from colleges and universities(CU, P<0.05), with the score of the VSAC nurses in the measure of the oretical mastery being significantly lower than those of the CU nurses(P<0.0 1). The cognative level of muhicuhuralism nursing was positively relative to the time of education received and the general cognitive levels (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion The cognitive level of muhicuhuralism nursing of pre-hospital rescuing nurse from 4 general hospitals in Hainan province need to be improved and decisive measures must be taken to strengthen the training and management.
