The building has a total floorage of 160,000m2, the overall height of 163.8m, 34 overground floors, 4 underground floors and two tower build-ings. It is mainly used to be senior office building and completed houses. The entire project is huge and complicated. By systematically and reasonably separating areas, applying performance-based design thought, adopting new technology and materials, especially the design measures of outdoor firefight-ing water supply system, automatic fire extinguishing system with high pressure water mist and foam extinguishing system with compressed air, the sys-tem is perfected.%某大厦总建筑面积16.8万m2，建筑总高度163.8m，建筑层数为地上34层，地下4层，塔楼共2栋，主要功能为高级写字楼，其余为配套用房；工程体量大，功能复杂，文中通过系统合理分区，应用性能化设计思路，合理运用新技术、新材料，特别强调室外消防给水系统、高压细水雾自动灭火系统、压缩空气泡沫灭火系统的设计应用，使系统更趋完整。
