水性渗透型无机防水剂微观分析和作用机理研究

         

摘要

采用不同水性渗透型无机防水剂用量的水泥净浆试件,用X射线衍射分别测量水泥石7d、100d龄期的微观孔结构及化学组成变化。结果表明:随水性渗透型无机防水剂用量增加,水泥净浆的总孔隙量降低,而400nm范围内的孔隙中,1~50nm孔隙的体积比例逐渐增加;7d龄期时,Ca(OH)2和Ca2SiO4晶体的特征衍射峰的相对强度随防水剂用量增加逐渐降低,100d龄期时,两种晶体衍射峰相对强度降低幅度增大。%Cement paste samples of different inorganic waterproof agent amount are adopted and the change of the micro-pore structure and chemical composition of 7 days and 100 days cement are studied with nitrogen absorption method and X ray diffraction method. The results show that the ce-ment paste pore amount reduces with the increase of inorganic waterproof agent, and the pore volume of 1-50nm within 400nm. The relative intensity of diffraction peak of Ca (OH)2 and Ca2SiO4, gradually reduce with the increase of waterproof agent amount when at 7 day period, while at 100 day period, the two crystal diffraction peak has obvious reduction range.
