PERMEATION TYPE ORGANIC OR INORGANIC SILICEOUS WATERPROOF AGENT COMPRISING PERLITE, STRUCTURE OF WATERPROOF LAYER USING THE SAME AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD TO ELIMINATE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL MOIST CURING AND TO IMPROVE DURABILITY OF CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: A permeation type organic or inorganic siliceous waterproof agent comprising perlite, a structure of waterproof layer using the same and its construction method are provided to eliminate the need for additional moist curing and to improve durability of construction due to excellent adhesion between the waterproof layer and protecting mortar. CONSTITUTION: The permeation type organic or inorganic siliceous waterproof agent comprises: as main ingredients, 10-15pts.wt of perlite, 40-50pts.wt of cement and 30-40pts.wt of silica sand; and 5-10pts.wt of amorphous silicate, 1-3pts.wt of a solid polymer resin, 3-10pts.wt of amorphous silica oxide as other ingredients. The structure of a waterproof layer comprises: a layer(2) of a permeation type organic or inorganic siliceous waterproof agent applied on the bottom floor(1); a sticking layer(4) of cement coated thereon, wherein the sticking layer is produced by mixing SBS latex and cement mortar with a mixing ratio of 1:1 with stirring; and a layer(5) of protecting mortar.
